Meet our team of friendly practitioners

Nicola Worrill BSc (Hons) PhD, DC

Nicola graduated from Cardiff University in 1991 with a BSc (Hons) in Biology and a doctorate in the biological sciences.

She subsequently attended the Anglo European College of Chiropractic, graduating in 1996, and then completed a further year of training to obtain her DC.

She has worked in several successful clinics. She is now the principal at the Victoria Clinic. Over the last 20 years she has expanded her experience with post graduate studies, particularly concentrating on rehabilitation, western medical acupuncture, chiropractic for the over 50's and has a special interest in neck pain and headaches.

Matt Kenna BSc (Hons) MSc (Chiro) DC

Matthew graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a Batchelors degree in Human Sciences and a Masters degree in Chiropractic.

His passion lies in elite sports and human biomechanics.

He has worked with premier league footballers at AFC Bournemouth, international Polo players as well as members of the GB freestyle kayak team.

Outside of work his interests include Polo, Rugby and kayaking, and walking the dogs with his beautiful wife Sophie!

Robert Whall BSc (Hons) MSc (Chiro) DC

Robert graduated from Edinburgh University in 2004, with an Honours degree in Biological Sciences. Having gained a solid grounding in the Life Sciences, he then attended the Anglo European College of Chiropractic, and graduated with a Masters degree in Chiropractic in 2008.

With ten years of experience as a Chiropractor, he loves helping people of all ages, with a variety of different conditions.

He has used his skill set to help a variety of different people, including Olympic athletes, Marathon runners, and Iron Man competitors.

Nadia Sempels

Nadia Sempels qualified in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture, having trained at the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, including 9 months of clinical practice. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, the UK’s largest regulatory body for practitioners of traditional acupuncture, and a Zita West Affiliate member, very useful for training and networking with other practitioners working in the fertility field.

Over the years, Nadia has developed a special interest in helping patients wanting advice and help with their fertility or going through assisted conception. Following on from that, she also sees many patients throughout their pregnancies. Her background as a Master of Sports Sciences and Physical Education (Belgian Degree), also give her a good understanding of musculo-skeletal issues and pain management.

Suzanne Young
Massage therapist

Suzanne is a soft tissue therapist and has been at the clinic for over 15 years. Suzanne tailors treatments to the needs of each client, using a combination of advanced soft tissue techniques to relieve the immediate symptoms, whilst also considering possible root causes such as poor posture, past injury and occupational stress factors.

Suzanne qualified from the London School of Soft Tissue Therapy in 2001 and has a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy. She also has completed further training in Posture Coaching & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Myofascial Release techniques and Spinal & Core Stabilisation techniques.

Suzanne is also a qualified ASA level 2 swimming coach and teacher. She is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is a member of the Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM). Suzanne has used her skills to treat many clients in both sporting and non sporting activities, including swimming, diving, golf, tennis and running.

Susan Adams

After university from 1992, Susan spent years travelling the world and experiencing East Asian medicine in Tibet, Japan and China, with the aim of studying acupuncture.

In 2000 she started her studies at Beijing University of Pharmacology and TCM in Japan and moved to the UK to attend the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in the UK where she obtained a BSc in Acupuncture in 2006. She was 9 months pregnant on graduation and specialised in pregnancy, and male & female fertility.

Susan a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network and obtained an enhanced DBS in 2018. In her practice, Susan pursues the connection between mental and physical wellness and is registered with Anxiety UK. She has a special interest in epigenetics, meditation and food energetics.

Jo Cooper
Massage therapist

Jo started her massage training in 2003 and holds a number of diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology, Massage, Sports massage. She also has certifications in pregnancy and hot stone massages as well as Daoyin Tao Chinese acupressure massage.

Jo studied with the International School of Infant Massage and finds is particularly rewarding working alongside parents and children using massage therapies.

Jo has been with the clinic for over 14 years.

Amanda Harvey
Pilates trainer

Amanda has been teaching Pilates for five years and has Level 3 Diplomas in Pilates and Personal Training. She has experience working with clients post injury and surgery, pre and post natal, as well as those suffering from back pain.

She can adapt techniques to suit many different problems and believes working with small groups and one to one produces the best results. If you are unsure whether Pilates is the best option for you please call to discuss your needs.

Becky Niddrie
Clinical hypnotherapist

Becky is a Fully Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained at the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2011.

She specialises in Stress, Depression and Anxiety. She also helps people with multiple issues, such as weight management, lack of confidence, stopping smoking, fears and phobias, amongst others.

Becky uses various techniques including Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Integrated Parts Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Life Coaching.

She has a keen interest in helping children overcome anxiety, phobias, behavioural problems, and performance nerves.

Becky is a member of the following governing bodies: Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Healthcare Council (CNHC) and adheres to their professional code of ethics.

Eleanor Strang
Nutrition Therapy

Eleanor Strang is a qualified clinical nutritionist trained to use diet, food choices and the scientific evidence base as tools to improve health and well-being. Her training was in the Functional Medicine model, which aims to explore upstream root causes of any disease or imbalance, rather than just using nutrients to manage and suppress symptoms of ill-health.

Eleanor’s work with you is completely confidential, she is a member of BANT, the British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine and registered with the government sponsored Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
