Psychotherapist
Charlotte is a relational integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with extensive experience in NHS and private healthcare, from many years as a midwife and nurse to roles in the medical‑device sector in clinical education, sales, and marketing. Her clinical experience has given her a deep appreciation for the complexities of people’s lives, how profoundly life’s challenges shape our wellbeing and sense of self and how this influences the way we relate to others.
Her therapeutic approach centres on providing a safe, supportive space grounded in curiosity, compassionate understanding and a person-centred ethos.
Charlotte supports adults aged 18 and over, including neurodivergent clients. She will guide you towards clearer self-understanding, deeper insight into relationships, more grounded choices, and a stronger sense of authenticity and resilience.
She works with individuals experiencing major life transitions, relationship difficulties, workplace pressures and burnout, anxiety and stress, and birth trauma.
Charlotte is a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and adheres to its ethical framework and professional code of conduct. Her training includes a Prince’s Trust Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Practice.
