Sometimes, life can become complicated, leaving us feeling distressed, anxious or depressed and not like our usual self. As a trained counsellor, Lorraine supports people by helping them understand and make sense of their feelings and look at the unhelpful and sometimes unhealthy patterns and actions that may stop them from living the life they feel they should. Lorraine's approach is to work with clients, helping them get back on track and feel more in control of their lives and less overwhelmed.
