Siân is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in the field of mental health work. She continued on to her Masters training because of her commitment and belief in the transformative power of counselling and therapy.

Siân has a wide range of clinical experience and is experienced in working with many issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, life transitions, bereavement, relationship problems, and low self esteem. She also has significant experience counselling young people and currently works at a local 6th form college.

Siân is a relational integrative psychotherapist / counsellor. This means that the relationship between herself and her client lies at the heart of her practice with an emphasis on building a supportive and trusting relationship. She offers a safe, non judgemental and confidential environment for her clients to explore and process things in their lives which may be causing emotional distress.

Siân is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abides by their ethical framework and professional code of conduct.
